Steve Hockey

Stephen Hockey, MBA, is Managing Partner and founder of Foxen Griffiths. Steve has over 20 years professional recruitment experience and has held Board level positions in SME’s and at an international FTSE 250 PLC during his career.

He was responsible for the successful growth of a number of businesses within one of the largest professional recruiters in the world and he specialises in appointments at Senior Executive and Board level. He has successfully handled a number of key assignments within well known and high profile organisations.

David Norman

David Norman, known as DAN, began his career in financial services in 1986 with London Life Association having originally trained as an industrial chemist. He held a number of senior sales and marketing roles in financial services companies ultimately specialising in asset management.

DAN was Managing Director of the Retail Business for Insight Investment and Director, Marketing and Products Morley (now Aviva Investors) before becoming the UK Chief Executive of Credit Suisse Asset Management. He regularly presents at conferences on a range of topics.

Gary Mairs

Gary Mairs has in excess of 20 years experience within the financial services sector. He has held a number of Board roles with a number of the major asset managers in the UK. He was Deputy Chief Executive of Insight Investment. Prior to that he was Managing Director of ISIS (now F&C Asset Management). Gary began his career as a fund manager, in fixed income and in equities, before moving into senior management roles.

Latterly he has established a number of businesses in and around the sector including Folio Partners, a specialist corporate development business.
